Style and design of the booklet is consistant with many of the Modiano (Italy) booklets exported to different countries.

Style and design of the booklet consistant with many other booklets produced for south east aisian countries, so probably exported for Singapore market.
Opinion - Possibly Modiano for Singapore market as it is known that he has used the 'Star Brand' trademark before.
