Bosna refers to the Bosna River or Bosnia, part of the Ottoman Empire 
These papers have a finely detailed illustration of a bearded Muslim man enjoying Turkish coffee and smoking a cigarette.   The cigarette, instead of the hookah, is shown as a newer way to smoke tobacco.
