This unusual old French cigarette rolling paper was marketed for hygenic and healthful benefits. Its packet information proclaims that no chlorine was used in the process of making the paper. It does contain iron, caffeine and a pepsin digestive. These three ingredients have the following properties: 
1. The iron strengthens the laryngal throat 
2. The caffeine neutralizes the nicotine
