Each paper is of fine quality and has a watermark with "Elettrica" and "Luce"imprinted.  The front of the booklet has an early electric light bulb with rays of light emanating. Each light ray lists a quality of the rolling paper: "blancheur"bon gout"unique" "solidite" "elegance"combustibilite" etc. Take a close up look. It was produced by A. Salto in Trieste, which was part of the Austrian Empire at the time the paper was made. Trieste is now part of Italy since the end of WW I.  The booklet also lists Salto with an office in Constantinople, as Istanbul was often called at the time, when it was part of the Ottoman Empire. The Arabic writing on the wrapper suggests this was made for the middle eastern market. There one paper which shows electric bulb watermark.
